Dr. Ford emphasizes good hygiene during treatment. Hygiene is essential to keeping your smile long-lasting, and you have a small amount of work to do to keep your smile shining.
Here’s what you can do:
- Limit frequent sugar
- Don’t sip on soda for long periods (drink it all at once if you have one)
- Brush your teeth after eating with a pea size amount of toothpaste
- See your dentist for cleanings at least 2 times every year
